PROCESS

We’ll carry the project through the 5 phases of production

You can choose from a sliding scale of how involved you are. Some clients come with a strong vision in place, while others are happy to let us take the lead.

1 DISCUSSION

You share your vision as we take time to listen and align the project with your goals. Building our foundation with the “why” of the project, we create our trajectory and assign roles and next steps. Sometimes clients choose to do some portions of a project to lower the cost.

2 PRE-PRODUCTION

Let the real planning begin! Our crew communicates with you to set the what, when and where for production. We settle on schedule, locations, talent and other details to meet your goals.

3 PRODUCTION

Lights, camera, action! It’s hard not to love shoot days, with all the energy ready to produce something great. Rugged Stone provides the crew and equipment to film. Some projects require only a half day shoot or shorter.

4 POST-PRODUCTION

We take the raw the materials from production and craft the finished pieces. Audio mastering and cinematic color grading bring a creative look and feel to your project. If any revisions are needed, one free revision is often included. Any changes are usually minimal.

5 DELIVERY

Celebrate the finish line! You receive your crisp finished products by electronic file delivery. Your videos are ready to go out and do some good for you!

A look Behind-The-Scenes

Shooting TV Segments with local realtor Christina Tsutsui-Tharp (TnT Real Estate) has been a home run.

We are working with local people (Christina shown here at the Bowman Museum) to highlight some of the gems of Central Oregon.

Christina brought the idea, we brought the production expertise, and Central Oregon brought its beauty and character. A winning combination!
